06 - Remove sandwiches from the pan, let cool slightly, then slice and serve immediately.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • The way the cheese oozes out when you take that first bite is basically edible therapy
  • Takes less than fifteen minutes from thought to first heavenly crunch
  • Costs about three dollars but tastes like a million bucks
02 -
  • Cheese wants to escape the sandwich and that is perfectly normal just let it crisp up in the butter
  • Covering the pan for the last minute helps melt cheese without burning bread
  • Let it rest for thirty seconds before cutting or you will lose all your cheese to the cutting board
03 -
  • Mayonnaise instead of butter sounds weird until you try it and realize it creates the crunchiest crust known to humanity
  • Grate your cheese instead of slicing it for faster melting and more even coverage
  • Low and slow beats high and fast every single time with grilled cheese
